It’s been one year since we said goodbye.

Today I took out the KEEPSAKES I have to remember you.

Happy Father’s Day. I miss you Dad.

    1. Marking the first passing of each important days we used to commemorate together has been difficult. This is the one I dreaded most. Thanks for your support Bonnie.

  2. Can but agree with all previous comments. My dad has been gone for nearly 25 years but I still think about him. We don’t seem to have our father’s day the same date as you though, we have it in November for some reason.

    1. He was a trucker, I chose them for my keepsakes because he thought they were important enough to keep over his lifetime. Will have to check out the bakelite aspect I never thought of that.

    1. Thanks KarenAnn, it was so bittersweet I am pleased with the result of the image. I must say it took many tries to get one that felt right, I’m still the little girl that wants Daddy to be proud of the things I do 🙂
