The ocean has a SLICK smooth wet slippery surface

Walking in the surf to get some shots of water going in to the shoreline this guy just happened to be going out to hit the surf. REALLY! When viewing the image on the computer the feeling of movement was the first aspect that appealed to me. I returned to this image several times there was another element of appeal but I couldn’t put my finger on it. After some contemplation the light bulb lit up, I was smitten with the SLICK look of the water!
