Although the beach on Honeymoon Island was not ideal for walking barefoot one couldn’t help wondering if there were treasures to be found, after all what’s a trip to the beach without taking more than memories back home.
My treasures were large spiny shells measuring 5 inches across (12.7 cm), several different sponges. One sponge looks like a brain and measured 8 inches long x 5 inches high (20.32 cm x 12.7 cm), finger shaped sponges 8 inches in length as well as smaller natural sea sponges. The sun was so bright not one photo was as hoped for so, here they are in an ARRANGED shot at home inside an empty flower pot.

I love the arrangement, but if you come to Australia, be careful, cause in Marine Parks it is against the Law to remove anything from the Foreshore, they are trying to ensure our Grand kids get to see it as nature intended.
