Is it Monday yet? Here’s another Macro. The central focus of this photo is the grasshopper in a European Fan Palm tree. The outward edges on the fan have a blur while moving closer towards the grasshopper the edges become sharper drawing the eye directly to the grasshopper. This is known as a shallow or narrow DEPTH OF FIELD (DOF).
