Is this balloon available for the paying customer to ride? I really like the purple posts that take you to the red and yellow balloon which takes you to the blue sky. Quite the trip!

Yes, the basket holds about 30 people and it rises up to 400 feet. It stays tethered while in the air. It was grounded the day I was there because it was windy.
