I finished 2013 with a photo of an estate gate and I begin 2014 with a photo of the same gate.

Both photographs were taken at HIGH NOON on different days. 

IMHO I believe light has more to do with making or breaking a photo than the kind of camera that is used. 

Personally I like this photo better than the last post because of the subtle lighting on the overcast day.
