The Letter “P” – plenty to do at Disney

One of the last things Floridians want to do is walk on macadam and concrete during the day times of late summer. Heat and humidity are endured at the beach or in air conditioning. A person can go shack wacky indoors day after day so an occasional evening out is a good change of pace. Downtown Disney is a great place to walk around and enjoy entertainment and people watching.

Walking across the bridge to Pleasure Island another 365 photo theme came to mind, the letter “P” for Pleasure. Whew, I was thinking this alphabet thing would be like one of those recurring dreams that doesn’t have an ending. Only six more letters to go.

Walking in this crowd would tire me more than hiking in the mountains! Seriously though, I love how you’ve processed this one. It feels like a sultry, summer night.

Sultry indeed! So glad you liked the processing – I was going in a different direction of thought process when I got the shot, except the white shirt on the man in the foreground was blown out by the flash and wella Topaz Adjust to the rescue!

I can feel the heat!!! “shack wacky” love that term. this is a creative thought process here, it’s like you are standing above the crowd….all of them intent on “getting in “.

Looks like you are ready to jump into the crowd of people and get to Pleasure Island. Love the colorful processing.

I love the extreme color in this, looks like a vivid dream. To me it would be a very bad dream, very hot, very crowded, very commercial and very spendy.

Awww, sweet dreams. One of the appeals about Down Town Disney is entrance is free 🙂 and so is the entertainment – sometimes the only thing we spend $$$ on is fuel to get there and back home, lol.

I like the lighting you have captured…makes me feel the atmosphere there. Don’t know if I could stand being in such a crowd when it was so hot/humid.

Thanks Karen Ann! Crowds used to bother me any time of the day – most likely because I was always rushing. Believe it or not you get used to the heat/humidity. That doesn’t mean you like it, lol.
