This view was taken inside the Annie Pfeiffer Chaple, it is a close up photo of the pipes of the Holtkamp Organ. The original color image was interesting as photographs go; the look of the pipes brought to mind the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz. By converting the photo to a high contrast Black and White version the METALLIC pipes actually have a more natural look for this tight view of the subject matter.
When Tammy wondered how the tower view from an earlier post this week would look this METALLIC theme was already a work in progress, so happy “the bicycle rack in the sky” was enjoyed and I hope you will see the art I saw in this pipe organ.
